As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Specialist to join our People Team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both attracting great talent and helping colleagues grow and develop throughout their careers.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied role that combines recruitment, talent development and employee experience.

You'll:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
• Support internal talent, succession and career development initiatives.
• Help coordinate learning and development programmes and events.
• Contribute to employee engagement, early careers and talent development activities.
• Produce recruitment and talent insights to support business decision-making.
• Continuously improve recruitment and talent processes, systems and ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent attraction and development best practice.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience using recruitment or HR systems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
• A passion for creating great candidate and employee experiences.
• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing approaches.
